Refunds & Returns Policy

At DigitalPrinting.com.my, we want you to be completely satisfied with your order. Because our products are custom-printed, we are unable to accept returns for reasons such as “change of mind.” However, we do accept returns and issue replacements under the following conditions:

✅ Eligible for Refunds/Reprints

  • Defective Products – Printing errors, missing pages, or poor-quality finishes caused by production.

  • Wrong Items – You received the wrong product compared to what you ordered.

  • Damaged in Transit – Items that arrive physically damaged (must provide photo evidence within 48 hours).

❌ Not Eligible for Refunds/Reprints

  • Errors in the artwork or file provided by the customer.

  • Color variation due to monitor/screen differences (slight variation is standard in printing).

  • Customer change of mind after production has started.

📌 Refund / Reprint Process

  1. Contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Provide your order number, description of the issue, and supporting photos (if applicable).

  3. Our team will review the case and offer either a reprint or a refund depending on the situation.

💳 Refund Timeline

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–14 working days back to your original payment method.
