Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By placing an order, you agree to the following:
1. Orders & Artwork Submission
- All orders must be placed online through our website.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring artwork files are correct, high resolution, and print-ready.
- We offer free basic file checks, but we are not responsible for errors in spelling, design, or layout provided by customers.
2. Production & Delivery
Standard Production – Most products take 4–5 business days to produce, excluding weekends and public holidays, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Next-Day Production – Available for Business Cards and selected products when orders and artwork are submitted before 3 PM (cut-off time, Mon–Fri, excluding weekends and public holidays). Orders placed after 3 PM will be processed the following working day.
Important Note – “Next-Day Production” means your order will be printed and ready for shipping the next working day. Actual delivery time depends on the courier service and your location.
Customers will be informed if additional time is required for complex finishing, bulk orders, or special materials.
3. Pricing & Payment
- Prices listed on the website are final unless promotions or discounts are applied.
- Full payment is required before production begins.
- We accept payments via credit card, online banking, or e-wallets.
4. Refunds & Returns
All refund and return matters are governed by our dedicated Refund & Returns Policy. Customers are encouraged to review this policy before placing an order.
5. Color Accuracy
- We strive to match colors as closely as possible. However, due to different monitor settings and printing processes, exact color reproduction cannot be guaranteed.
6. Intellectual Property
- Customers are fully responsible for ensuring they have the rights to any content, logos, or images submitted for printing.
- DigitalPrinting.com.my is not liable for copyright or trademark infringements caused by customer-submitted files.
7. Limitation of Liability
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
- Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the order in question.
8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
