Shipping FAQs

We deliver nationwide across Malaysia using trusted courier partners.

Delivery speed depends on your location:

  • Klang Valley – usually 1–2 working days after dispatch.

  • Peninsular Malaysia (outside Klang Valley) – usually 2–3 working days after dispatch.

  • Sabah & Sarawak – usually 3–5 working days after dispatch.

Please note: shipping times are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, weather, or peak seasons.

Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on your order weight, size, and delivery address. We also offer free shipping for qualifying orders (check product pages for details).

  • Orders under Next-Day Production will be printed and shipped out the next working day (if placed before 3 PM, Mon–Fri, excluding weekends & public holidays).

  • Orders under Standard Production will be printed and shipped out within 4-5 working days (excluding weekends & public holidays).

  • Once shipped, delivery time depends on your location and courier service speed.

Yes. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can check delivery status online.

We do not provide standard same-day delivery. However, if you need your order urgently, you may contact us to arrange a special same-day delivery through Lalamove or GrabExpress. Please note that charges for these services are usually high, and we do not recommend them unless absolutely necessary.

At the moment, we only deliver within Malaysia. For international orders, please contact our support team to discuss options.

While we work with reliable couriers, delays can happen. If your parcel is delayed beyond the expected timeframe, please contact us and we’ll assist in tracking and resolving the issue.

Please take a photo of the damaged parcel and contact us within 48 hours of receiving it. We’ll arrange a replacement or solution depending on the situation.
